Do you need inspiration for your summer wedding? Are you into that trendy, boho style? Well, you’re in the right place. Chrissy and Josh got married in her parent’s backyard with their friends and family there to celebrate with them. Pampas grass, wide-brim hats, sushi, an epic dance playlist, and more, made for the perfect summer wedding in Georgetown, Pennsylvania.

This summer wedding had a beautiful tablescape full of neutral colors, an arrangement of flowers, and candles galore. Lots of earthy tones and lovely pampas grass paired with eucalyptus on top of a pink table runner- perfect for that summer vibe.

A well-lit ceremony is always wonderful to have, and that’s just what happened! Even though it was a hot summer day, the ceremony was shaded by tall trees which made the heat more bearable. Chrissy and Josh said their vows under a triangle arch with a gorgeous, boho bouquet. They said their “I do’s” amongst family and friends and overall it was such a sweet ceremony.

Yes, it’s a wedding, but don’t be afraid to loosen up and let your personalities shine. Especially with your bridal party!

NEWLYWED PHOTOS! This time of day is when you get to spend (mostly) alone time with your partner with the exception of your photographer(s) and videographer if you have one. Feel nervous about being in front of the camera alone? Don’t be! You’re not alone in thinking you’ll look awkward, but I’m here to tell you right now, you’re going to rock it in front of the camera.

Can’t you just feel Chrissy and Josh’s love in these photos? My number one tip for getting in front of the camera: be yourself. Just feel the connection between you and your partner, and enjoy yourselves!

Dances, speeches, flash photography, and more. The reception at this trendy backyard wedding was nothing short of amazing. Under a huge tent lined with fairy lights, Chrissy and Josh’s family and friends gathered to have dinner. They had the sweetest first dance as a married couple and dances with their parents. Followed by hilarious speeches and cake cutting. After that, they choose to do a quick flash session away from everyone and as you can tell from the photos, it was a blast. Strings of cafe lights were hung all throughout the yard and they really gave the photos that Pinterest-y feel.

After the quick flash session, we headed back to the dance floor where the party was just getting started. The playlist was e p i c and the guests did not disappoint.
